The Lady Liberty costume includes:
- Hook-and-loop fastened coveralls with draped front and back sleeves
- Draping cloth threaded trough belt loops on the coveralls
- Foam rubber crown

Materials:
- Light fabric of a relevant color (preferably silk or light tricot)
- Bias tape (ready made or handmade from the main fabric)
- Tape or ribbon for preparing belt loops
- Light- or mediumweight fusible interfacing
- Hook-and-loop fastener
- Elastic band, about 1/8 – 1/6 inch wide
- 1/4 – 1/2 inch (6 – 12 mm) thick foam rubber
